Esse álbum é composto pelas peças sonoras originais da oitava edição da Instalação Sonora Processual TRANS(OBRE)POR #08 produzidas durante os meses de Agosto e Setembro de 2015 e que integraram a mostra coletiva dos selecionados no prêmio do 16ª projeto RUMOS Itaú 2013-2014 realizada no Instituto Itaú Cultural em São Paulo, SP, Brasil.
Originalmente as peças são composta para um sistema de seis canais de áudio, mas aqui estão editadas para um sistema stereo. Trazem referências a distintas técnicas, processos e vivêcnias de edição e captação de eventos registrados na passagem temporal da paisagem sonora da cidade de São Paulo com o uso de microfones de contato, direcionais e hidrofones. Esse material retrata a minha prática como agente presente na escuta de instantes que permeiam situações naturais, sociais, antropológicas e materiais.
Para aqueles que adquirirem esse álbum, além das peças sonoras, disponibilizo um arquivo em PDF com as imagens originais que integraram a Instalação para imprssão se assim desejarem.
Até o momento, esse projeto já foi realizado em nove cidades do Brasil, além de Bilbao, Espanha durante o Festival MEM (Music Ex-Machina) e apresentado na Conferência de Mapeamento de Sons e Ruídos Urbanos nas Américas na Cornell University, Ithaca / NY.

This album is composed of the original sound pieces of the eighth edition of the Transitional Sound Installation TRANS(OBRE)POR # 08 produced during the months of August and September 2015 and that were part of the collective exhibition of those selected in the award of the 16th project RUMOS Itaú 2013-2014 held at Instituto Itaú Cultural in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
The pieces were originally composed for a six-channel audio system, but here they are edited for a stereo system. They bring references to different techniques, processes and experiences of editing and capturing events recorded in the temporal passage of the sound landscape of the city of São Paulo with the use of contact, directional and hydrophone microphones. This material portrays my practice as an agent present in listening to instants that permeate natural, social, anthropological and material situations.
For those who purchase this album, in addition to the sound pieces, I provide a PDF file with the original images that integrated the Installation for printing if they wish.
So far, this project has been carried out in nine cities in Brazil, in addition to Bilbao, Spain during the MEM (Music Ex-Machina) Festival and presented at the Conference of Mapping of Urban Sounds and Noises in the Americas at Cornell University, Ithaca / NY.

TRANS(OBRE)POR é um projeto processual e multidisciplinar. Uma instalação sonora com múltiplas edições ao longo de minha trajetória artística, caracterizada como um híbrido que transita entre a arte sonora e a fotografia. Caracteriza-se pela apropriação da paisagem sonora, pelo desenvolvimento, criação e conclusão de uma instalação sonora em que os elementos plásticos, visuais e sonoros provêm da minha experiência temporal e espacial durante o período em que realizo o projeto. Uma pesquisa pela ordem efêmera do campo da escuta que se insere nos conceitos de Site Specifc ou Art In Situ.
O título deriva da combinação de duas palavras que significam "transpor" e "sobrepor". A possibilidade de transpor e sobrepor eventos sônicos diversos presentes no cotidiano das superfícies materiais como um elemento que sugere registrar algumas das durações dos instantes das ordens humanas através de minha identidade como agente ouvinte.
Um diálogo de sons e imagens como proposta ao estímulo da localização e da percepção sonora. A fotografia é um frame, uma representação visual congelada dos instantes que ocorreram na passagem do tempo de uma paisagem sonora. A construção de um universo e de uma obra efêmera. Perecível, porém não descartável.
Experiências coletadas através de "coordenadas intuitivas". O ato de deslocar-se pelo ambiente sem orientação prévia. Encontrar, descobrir e compartilhar a peculiaridade sonora que existe em ambientes de convívio e que, devido a razões particulares da vida de cada um de nós, não percebemos. É como se todos os dias estivéssemos inclinados a registrar os encontros de eventos gerados pela ordem do acaso e, assim, traçássemos uma nova linha, sem saber a direção para traçarmos o próximo segmento.

TRANS(OBRE)POR is a procedural and multidisciplinary project. A sound installation with multiple editions throughout my artistic trajectory, characterized as a hybrid that transits between sound art and photography. It is characterized by the appropriation of the soundscape, by the development, creation and completion of a sound installation in which the plastic, visual and sound elements come from my temporal and spatial experience during the period in which I carry out the project. A search for the ephemeral order of the listening field that is inserted in the concepts of Site Specifc or Art In Situ.
The title derives from the combination of two words that mean "transpose" and "overlap". The possibility of transposing and superimposing various sonic events present in the daily life of material surfaces as an element that suggests registering some of the durations of the moments of human orders through my identity as a listening agent.
A dialogue of sounds and images as a proposal to stimulate localization and sound perception. The photograph is a frame, a frozen visual representation of the moments that occurred in the passage of time in a soundscape. The construction of a universe and an ephemeral work. Perishable, but not disposable.
Experiences collected through "intuitive coordinates". The act of moving around the environment without prior guidance. Find, discover and share the sound peculiarity that exists in social environments and that, due to the particular reasons of the life of each one of us, we do not notice. It is as if every day we are inclined to record the meetings of events generated by the order of chance and, thus, draw a new line, without knowing the direction to draw the next segment.
